ROYALboard is suitable to be applied to various parts of your home, both exterior and interior. This is because of its good resistance to water moisture, fire, termites, and collisions damage.
3What are the variants of the ROYALboard silicate board?
There are two product category, namely RB board and RB planks. RB board (or RB Classic) can be applied as wall partitions and ceilings. RB Planks (RB Fascia, RB Cornice, RB Skirting, RB Sidding) are fine to be applied as a roof list plank, floor cornice, wall skirting, and wall facade.

12What is the right way to store ROYALboard RB Classic?
RB Classic is better to be stored in a closed room with a good air circulations. For an open room storage, cover the RB Classic with a water-resistant cover (or a plastic-made one).
13How to cut ROYALboard RB Classic?
Use the suitable cutter made for building material. First, scratch the boards surface a few times until You have scratch-line with the depth of 1/3 of the products thickness. Second, break the product parallel according to the scratch-line made before. Then, if you get a rough cut edges, use rough sandpaper to smoothen it.
14What is the right way to lift ROYALboard RB Classic?
Lift the products with 2 persons. Place one hand on the bottom of the board and another hand on the top of the board. RB Classic must be lifted in a stand-up position (look at the image below).
15How to paint ROYALboard, both the RB boards and RB planks variants?
For the best results in normal conditions, apply 2 to 3 layers of water-based acrylic paint. For certain conditions, add underlayer painting or sealer as recommended by the factory. Exclusive for RB planks variants with the base colour gray, it can be directly painted with the preference colour. For the RB planks variants with the natural base colour, it must be painted with 2 layers of water-based acrylic paint first.
